Off-market hotel opportunities for institutions
Hotel assets of €5m to €50m in France and Belgium, outside competitive processes, documented to the standard of your investment committee.
Institutional investors
Mid-market hotels, documented like an institutional deal.
Below €50m, hotel assets often change hands privately, without a structured process. We bring the standards your committee expects.
Operations read before the property, adjustments justified line by line, a complete data room, compliance checks: you decide on recalculated, sourced figures.

Frequently asked questions
What deal size?
Our core target is €5m to €50m, single assets. Larger tickets are considered case by case.
Do you act for the buyer?
No. We act for the seller, under an exclusive mandate: one client per deal, with no asset management or capital markets division whose interests could cross our clients’.
Who pays the fees?
Fees are set in the mandate in line with our fee scale. Who pays them is stated in the mandate and disclosed to the buyer from the first call.
